D.R. Pedraza (1965 - ) was born in Laredo, Texas and is a Second Generation American. His research into his family history led to the creation of The Solomon Chronicles. A Desert Storm veteran, Pedraza published Book I of The Solomon Chronicles series - Sangre del Unico in January 2009 shortly after forming his company DB Media Entertainment which produces music, film as well as novels. Book Two of The Solomon Chronicles was released five years later. He is beginning the research process for Book III of The Solomon Chronicles with an unknown release date.
