I think that is a common misconception, as there are a lot of unhealthy vegetarian options out there. Even though I would say I already knew a lot on this subject there was still a lot of information in here that I found very helpful and motivating. The book has recipes and information on nutritional values of certain foods. I'd recommend this to anyone even remotely interested in this topic.

No More Fear!
I read this book mainly out of curiosity because my BFF was very excited about it. I knew very little about plant-based eating or dieting and found this book to be a valuable resource. It definitely makes a powerful case for shifting away from meat-based diets as the author shares much of the “why” behind healthy plant-based choices, their associated nutritional value, and the health benefits. This information will definitely support me in knowing exactly what to eat on this journey to successful weight loss. Bottom line, I can say that this book motivates me to eat healthier and alleviates many of my own personal fears and the misinformation I believed previously about plant-based dieting. Make the shift to plant-based, feel comfortable, and be inspired to lose weight confidently after reading this book. The narration was outstanding.

Informative and educational
Great audiobook. I have learned so much from it. It is very informative. I am always interested in plant-based eating but very afraid of the idea of it I feel like I might not be able to last long. But after listening to this hearing all the benefits on it makes me want to give it a go! Also, thank you for sharing the recipe it makes life easier for a newbie like me. I highly recommend this book!

Great for begginers
I gave this to my girlfriend as a Christmas present and she loved it. I am trying to convert her to a plant-based lifestyle and giving her this is getting her on the right track. This book will help any beginner to the plant-based diet.
