About this listen
Dr. Ed B. Neezer was a pleasant man. He was married with three children and was a true pillar of his community. Known for his generous spirit, he was well liked and respected by all. Over the years, his commitment to his family and job took precedence over his own health. Ed did not make the time to exercise, and his diet was nothing short of awful. At 57 years old, Ed was overweight, unhealthy, and on the verge of a life-threatening event.
Ed’s beloved business partner, Dr. Jay Cobb, passed away at the age of 57 from a massive heart attack several years ago. On the fifth anniversary of his passing, he visits Ed in an attempt to change Ed’s unhealthy lifestyle. To help persuade Ed to take better care of himself, he arranges for three components of health (exercise, nutrition, and mental strength) to visit him that night. Can Jay and the Three Components convince Ed to become healthy and thus save his life?
