Impact of functional breathing
Mindfulness and flow are hot topics these days but neither can reliably be accessed with dysfunctional breathing. Patrick McKeown is able to simplify how we can dramatically improve our breathing patterns and access a quiet mind, improve our health and concentration levels. Highly recommended this book and his Oxygen Advantage, Breathing Cure & breathing for yoga books as well.
