Since beginning his coaching career in 2014, Matt has worked with over 4,000 lifters, guiding them in their pursuit of strength. His current focus is on helping individuals who have yet to fulfill their athletic potential achieve personal records in their first powerlifting meets, all while training efficiently—spending less than five hours per week in the gym—so they can excel in other areas of life, including family, work, and personal commitments.
