good and works well...buuuut

really good I fall to sleep pretty well to this. but I woke up in the middle of a story about self harm. not what I expected.

This audible book can develop to Us

This audible book is such an extraordinary! A very informational and important book for those who already suffer from this problem. The author is very good at introducing common problems with easy to understand examples and very relatable situations and events.

Unbelievably anoying narrator

Unbelievably anoying narrator, actually kept me awake, the meditation was ok but the silly narration coupled with the childish writting made this anything but sleep conducive. Returned the book after one chapter.

Helpful in letting go of stress

This audio book is helpful in letting go of stress, the author helps you walk through negative emotions so you can become the confident person you have always wanted to be. The author as well as narration had done a nice job with this audio book.

Very poor quality

The English is of terrible quality in some if these stories, with random words, I wonder if the stories have been generated or put though a translation robot!

Narrator is ok and does her best, but also has an annoyingly patronising American accent.

dreadful

Painful narration, barely made it through 3 minutes. Doesnt help with my sleep at all compared to something like the hobbit for example.

Terrible English

I don't know if this has been translated into English but it's terrible. Most of the stories have parts that are completely garbled and are not helpful to relaxation. The meditations are OK but I don't waste your money if you want sleep.

A book that puts you to sleep!

A varied and intetesting mix of relaxing short stories and extracts when you are feeling tired or can't cope with a longer book. I enjoyed the collection and variety.

Wow amazing book...

I bought this book, listen it and had a very peaceful sleep that night! This book will also help to learn not to stress over everything. So I bought this book, made myself some mint tea, got cozy in my bed with this book, and bingo had a very peaceful sleep that night! So these bedtime stories do work! And they are quite fascinating too.

The only great book for adults

I look forward to listening to it every night; it is calming and soothing and I never get tired of it. I sleep so much better with this; when I wake up at night I wake up gently and I am able to fall asleep much easier. I am sleeping very deeply and waking up feeling good.

Enjoyable bedtime listen

This audible book is so good that I have not managed to finish it as it puts me to sleep every time. The narrator's voice is very soothing, fatherly. Definitely a good purchase if you have trouble shutting your brain down at night.

Wonderful sleep

I love the stories and the peaceful but interesting dreams I had after listening. I used a sleep timer and took quite a few nights to finish. For someone who has a hard time shutting off my brain to sleep this story definitely helped.

This is really great audio-book!

I'm a chronic insomniac, and now I drift off to sleep comfortably, feeling as warm as I was when my grandmother used to lay down with me, petting her smooth, papery hands on my forehead.

Fantastic work

In my experience, insomnia involves being stuck in the mind, with thoughts from the day grinding away in an endless loop. These stories are the perfect antidote for that problem. Each one has its own unique trove of sensory detail. I found that they functioned a bit like a guided meditation. In moments, they put me back in touch with my body and helped me to feel relaxed enough to go back to sleep. Most helpful!

Good soothing voice

I would highly recommend this book to everyone

Helpfull for Meditation and Mindfulness

Very relaxing meditations and the voice of the narrator is great. The sotries are also pleasent and there is a lot of variety.
