Not right for me.
I found this book frustrating.
The book was read as if it were transcribed from another language and at times did not make sense. Instead of being relaxing, it had me wincing and correcting it as it went along: I know in hypnosis people use misdirection as a tool to put suggestions in to scripts, but if this was the aim, it was clumsy and did not work for me.
The stories were ok, but not multi-layered enough for me.
