This audio book was direct and to-the-point.

Overall great guide for me. I felt like I had slept the night through and woke up refreshed at more at peace. I highly recommend this to anyone especially dads that need to relax and energize at the same time.

The voice of the narrator was very professional

Best EVER!!

I get about minutes by minutes in, and I'm out. I've listened to many books to go to sleep, but this is the only one that works. Great voice, and the stories aren't dull but aren't so exciting to keep me awake. Perfect. I wish she'd do another one like this one.

So glad to hear this one. Love it!

I love listening to this while I go to sleep. I was having an incredibly stressful time finding it hard to relax and sleep well for about a week. The first night I put this on, I didn’t get past the 4th story. Every night since, I have been able to listen and enjoy relaxing and sleeping to the stories. It makes me feel cozy, like when someone reads you a bedtime story.

Great book

What an excellent idea to have short and shortish pieces that adults would (and in my case, did) enjoy. Some poetry, some familiar literature, some a bit out there, some so comforting. Lovely. I received the book as a gift and bought another copy to give to my friend for her birthday.

I like this audible book.

If you want to remove stress and relax, listen to this audiobook with headphones, in a quiet place, better if you lower the light too and have a good trip.

Not just for Children

The lessons it teaches in the book are lovely, useful teachings for all of us. Also, this is an excellent resource for introducing mindfulness to children. Great for giving children different tools on how to relax and enter into a prayerful state.

Excellent listen audiobook

I started listening with my 6 yr old grandson about 2 weeks ago, and he now thinks he has to hear one or two before he falls asleep. They are all wholesome, fun, and interesting. Perfect for going to sleep while listening.
