Brilliant!
As a breathworker and yoga teacher myself, it is sometimes hard to find a book or audio recording that doesn’t niggle with me in some way or that I don’t agree fully with. This isn’t one of them!!! From start to finish the author is fully knowledgeable in his work and reads his book with warmth, friendliness and passion. You can hear he is smiling as he reads it and that is unusual in audiobooks. This is definitely one I will be listening to again and will be recommending to my yoga students as a book on breath. Unlike other breath books out there, this isn’t just stories of what the author has experienced in life with little to no exercises. This is packed with techniques to try and the why behind them. Definitely recommended

Read in Breath out
Weirdly, everyone should read this book about how to breathe.
This book is so good, I now question how I see, hear, taste as it has taught me that we take so mucb for granted that we could inadvertently be causing ourselves damage or at the very least not reaching our potential just by simply breathing incorrectly.
This book is full of practical exercises, there's literally hours dedicated to the practice of breathing for different situations and the evidential knowledge and storys to help inform and back up the information shared.
Breathing is your life, so better breathing equates to a better life!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE WHO BREATHES
I first came across Stuart on his Breathpod Instagram page where he has shared so much insight and freely given huge amounts of time and energy through live breathwork sessions on IGTV. So needed throughout the pandemic for so many people. This book is even better than I had imagined... I first bought it on Audible, narrated by Stuart himself, it's like listening to a friend, a very wise friend full of good advice. The content is brilliantly presented with excellent visual descriptions and so easy to digest, it makes the book a joy and not a chore. The breathing exercises are easy to follow and have instant impact. I am so looking forward to implementing these practices into daily life ongoing. Loved it so much I bought two copies of the book on Amazon and will no doubt be buying more for gifts for friends. Highly recommended for anyone who breathes. Thank you Stuart, Nova and team.

amazing book
I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook.
the book itself is excellent, i found it very informative and in no way hard going despite the amount of information given. I think it is a book that benefits from reading / listening to many times due to the amount of information though.
the author /narrator reads the book very well and adds to the enjoyment of this audiobook.

You won’t regret getting this book
Found Stuart on Instagram.
Heard him talk about his book. Bought it on pre order and it’s a joy to listen to. Calming, informative and entertaining. I’m zipping through it now but I knew that I needed to read it too. So I bought the book too!
But it, it will change your life.

Too much information, difficult to find practical info
The narrator 's voice is very calm and it was one of the reason I bought the book. but there is analytics details ( seems the fashion at the moment) which doesn't bring anything. And with all the details it's difficult to find the chapters that give you practical info on how to breath property. The book didn't need to be that long.
