Practical

I must say that this Audiobook has surprised me by the way the author treats all the concepts. Hypnosis is a somewhat complicated subject to understand but the author explains everything so simply and clearly that I have not had any problems. I can already do the exercises without any problem and now I can rest properly at bedtime. Highly recommended.

Great until it just wakes you up for no reason.

I put it on when I went to bed. It put me to sleep beautifully. Then after thirty minutes commanded me to wake up.

What’s the point in that?

I left it running with headphones in at night, because when you’re asleep you can’t really stop it running. The session as are either 30 minutes or 1 hour 30 minutes.

That’s how often you get woken up because they wake you up at the end of every session rather than just letting you sleep.

It’s just results in a night of broken sleep.
Misses the point entirely.

A shame she wakes you up before you sleep for long

As someone else put in the reviews - puts you to sleep but she starts to make you wake up.... it doesn't make sense. It isn't just at the end it's in the middle of the book at the end of different chapters. Every night I frequently wake to try and change the chapter back. It is a shame as it does work in the first place. All the other reviews refer to describing the methods - I don't hear that bit?

Ideal for everyone

Thanks to this great guide, I was able to fall asleep quickly and sleep well every night. Hypnosis has been used for centuries to cure the inability to sleep better. This audiobook helped me a lot to improve the quality of my life with hypnotherapy. As well as it served me a lot, I hope it will be very helpful to everyone who buys it. I recommend it.

Great

At first I was a bit incredulous because I have never been a believer in hypnosis or things like that. But he was already a bit desperate about not being able to sleep properly. So I decided to give it a try with a little faith. I have listened to the book and have tried it these last few weeks and it has been great for me. All the tips provided have been great. 100% recommended.

Amazing!

I find it a fascinating guide. It is nothing cliché or anything typical that you can get out there. The author teaches you an authentic and effective method to finally get a restful and uninterrupted sleep. All the tips and techniques are truly infallible. I'm fascinated. 10/10.

High Quality content

This audiobook taught me that the benefits of deep sleep mediation are endless from restful sleep, living a life with a happy disposition, keen memory, reduced stress, calm, and less anxiety to a healthier brain and longer living. All these benefits, little by little, I have been obtaining thanks to this wonderful guide. 10/10.

Absolutely great

In this book it has been ensured that all the meditation techniques from different parts of the world are collected. It is ancient knowledge but it always works and thousands of people benefit from it every day (just like I do). I can say that my life has changed enormously thanks to the advice and techniques provided in this audiobook. Highly recommended.

Worthy

The author claims that "deep sleep hypnosis" will ensure the listener a complete sleep cycle. The author goes so far as to say that "if you want to lead a healthy and happy life, then you need to focus on the things that matter to you and drop everything else." Basically, it says that sleep is necessary for daily activities, health, and general health, among other things. I found it to be a very well structured audiobook. Yes I give it its 5 stars.

Deep sleep hypnosis

If you have concerns about being hypnotized, know that you cannot be made to do something that you ordinarily wouldn’t do. Consider hypnosis as a tool not a controlling measure. This book has gentles exercises to help you think positively and get a good night’s sleep.

Perfect help

If you have trouble sleeping or are restless sleepers, this book is full of tips on how to improve your chances of rest. This book looks at guided meditation, developing good habits, essential oils, building a relaxing space, etc. The advice it provides is very practical, useful and effective.

Help with sleep disorders

I have a sleeping disorder and sometimes it can get so bad I am willing to try anythibg to knock myself out. This has some interesting information to think about, but ultimately it seems like a mind over matter situation. This technique may work for some and at least it keeps one away from more drugs in their system.

In my opinion, I think that taking such a multiple approach really allows the listener to cover all their bases to get to solve the problem. Hopefully at least one of the solutions will work for the listener to get a good night's sleep. It was a great time for me with this audiobook, it was a very pleasant experience and I am very grateful that my problem is solved.

Awesome

I really liked the affirmations that were included that can help one focus on sleeping. This was a great book with lots of tips to help you sleep better, it seemed a bit repetitive at times but very good. It helped me a lot and I have been able to see very satisfactory results. I highly recommend it.

Good results

The author also places a lot of emphasis on taking care of yourself and making sure you have a routine and good sleep hygiene. This includes putting away the phone, turning off the television, reducing alcohol and caffeine intake, not exercising too close to bedtime, and making sure your bedroom is dark. They are details that make the difference to be able to obtain a restful sleep.

Top guide

The author discusses how meditation can help calm the brain and body and ultimately help them sleep better. There are a variety of ways to meditate, including the focus on breathing, guided meditation, body scans, and self-hypnosis. And you don't need tools to meditate! It seems to me a guide for incredible. 10/10.

I really liked it

I enjoyed this book as it talked about how difficult it is to sleep for so many people around the world and provided many tips for better sleep. I was surprised that 35-50% of adults worldwide have symptoms of insomnia! Stress is a huge factor that disrupts sleep. Fortunately, as the author points out, there are many things that can be done to help you get quality sleep.
