Works for me
I have a few different hypnosis books on tape. I listen to them when I'm on active duty training orders or other times when I know I won't be able to get a full 8 hours of sleep but need to be rested and alert the next day. Listening to this book makes 4 to 5 hours feel like 9 or 10. I don't understand why it works, but it does.
Certainly worth a try if you're looking to try to improve your sleep quality, especially if you have any available audible credits. I have suffered with insomnia since I was 14yrs old. so that's 38yrs! I have been prescribed probably every sleeping pill since I was 20. This book is great! I never make it past chapter 2 and I am out! Sleep well and wake up feeling great!

A great repeat!
His voice is so soothing it, alone, will put you to sleep. Her techniques are similar to other sleep hypnosis programs. It’s not really hypnosis but rather calming and relaxing you to the point you want to fall asleep. Her voice is perfect for this. The best. I just wish she would record more audio books so I could get a little variety.
I listen to others but keep coming back to Milton. I never get tired of listening to these tracks. Honestly, I’m not a big fan of rain noise, but the talk down is so effective it doesn’t bother me! A great addition to my sleep library. That’s coming from someone with anxiety

Sweet Dreams Insomniacs
The first time I tried it, it didn’t work so I put it aside. Then one night I was a bit restless and decided to try it again. It has knocked me out ever since and I sleep through the night. The alarm has to wake me up, which is usually not the case. I've suffered from insomnia my whole life. I've been through every medicine there is. I honestly didn't believe this would help me.
I have listened to this selection for two days. I slept like the dead. Thank you! I don't have any idea what happened between the beginning and the end!!! I was sound asleep! All I remember is hearing thunder and the sound of rain. Overall I completely enjoy the book! It is, what it says it is! Thank you

This is the best book I have come across over. The lectures covered the basics and connecting to the breath during meditation. Buy this book, be well and happy! Most of her books are short but has tons of helpful information. No nonsense contents and very straight to the point. Trust me this book is all you need if you're a beginner. I've started meditation for a while now but I still have difficulties with it.
Until this book came into my life and teach me the basic steps to achieve mindfulness through meditation. I'm so thankful for this one. I found it useful. This was the first time I listen to books about meditation. I found the content practical and sober manual on meditation and mindfulness. In addition to that, I also like the way how the narrator explained the content.

Really impressive!
I really planned to start meditation. Looking at this book intrigue me to pursue my plans and start it as soon as possible. Thanks for this book I wasn't disappointed cause the steps are easy to follow. After listening, I applied the tips from this book to my meditation. I'm glad that it works on me. I successfully gained peace of mind after meditation, I was really at peace for the whole day.
If you're new to meditation this is your best guide to master the process and techniques. A step by step guide and effective guides are all in this book. Since I've listened some of Lucy's book, He's on my list of my favorite coaches. Her books are totally great! though most of his books are too short, you will learn tons of lessons from it. Really impressive!

Great mediation and lovely voice
This audiobook worked like a sleeping pill for me. I have trouble in sleeping at night. Heard about this audiobook from a friend and tried it. The soothing music works like a charm. No trouble to sleep at night now. George Nathan Jr uses mindfulness techniques to help train our mind to let go of stressful thoughts and prevent over-thinking that can intrude on our sleep. Whether anybody like me suffer from anxiety, OCD or depression, or are simply overcome by life stressors at the moment --- learning how to detach from these thoughts at the end of the day will enable us to relax and get the rest we need.
I had to take sleeping pills in order to get myself fall asleep. As time went on the sleeping pills were not working for me and i was having to take more and more just to get to sleep. Then i happen to see the Guided Deep Sleep Meditation and it changed everything. I fell asleep after the first 15 minutes I think, (don’t know for sure cause I’m sleeping you know) and slept through the night! I listen to the whole program for the seven days and i love them.

Wow it Really Work
I honestly can count on this to put me into a deep sleep every time. I don't know what she does, but she is the most effective for me for falling fairly quickly into relaxation and then to sleep. I set my timer for the end of the chapter on the second chapter so the "this is audible" thing doesn't wake me up at the very end, which can happen with some audible meditations. Hope it works for you! Love this audiobook! It really does help me fall asleep.
Because I wake up frequently through the night, I love that it lasts almost 3 hrs and the majority of the ending is just a peaceful thunderstorm and rain with meditation music. It’s so soothing and helps me to fall back to sleep faster. I read some of the reviews and a couple of people mentioned there was horror movie sounds near the end. I did not hear those sounds. I’ll listen to this book every night. Thank you
