What a innovative wellness book!

I absolutely love how Krissy talks about so many subjects no one touches on and they are present in everyone's life, like cycles or hormones etc. Also she is smashing the mit of fad and restrictive diets and teaches how to get a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

A book i can return to as a reminder

I have finished this over 2 days I enjoyed the tips given and will surely use them. Recently i have come to realise that your mindset does change things and this book has helped to allow me to understand fitness as less of a chore and more of a way to take care of myself. This goes hand in hand with whatever keeps you mindful and present for example meditation. Krissy has made it clear that forming healthy habits and discipline is what makes the difference rather than just short lived motivation and will power. When you practice being present and mindful everything else seems to fall into place including forming good habits and being the best version of yourself for yourself.

Good listening

I can imagine how necessary it is for young girls. Even though I already knew most things about healthy lifestyle and working out, it was an amazing reminder.
Ultimately, we should work out to feel good not to look certain way. Always and forever do this for you.
I couldn't imagine anyone else reading this book than Krissy.

Inspiring but a bit vague

I did like it, moreso towards the end though. However, I think the overall progression of the book is a bit weak. It's quite vague and abstract in the beginning and then very small exerts of actually specific information. That said, it was very inspiring at the end 😁

Empowering and real. GET THIS BOOK FOR YOU!

This is an incredible listen. So many nuggets of wisdom. Going to have to buy a paper copy to read to my future daughter. In a world filled with weight loss teas, overnight fat loss lies, extreme diet culture it's incredibly refreshing to hear this honest perspective. I also like that she's really clear and easy to understand aswell. Not overcomplicating things with fancy words. Straight to the point.

Lovely book! 10/10 recommend. SO SO MOTIVATING for you if you're looking to make sustainable healthy changes to benefit you for life! 🤸🏻‍♀️ DO THIS FOR YOU.

inspirational

loved this book from start to finish. I set out thinking that this will be yet another book from some jumped up young girl wanted to make a buck or two. whilst I am sure that they money is a bonus, I really felt that this book came from the heart, from a place of wanting to help women. I have already shared this book with some friends and have started to put together my action plan and think about my 'why'. Thank you. definitely a must read in my humble opinion.
