Excellent resource for fibromyalgia patients

The narrator was excellent and the content is really thorough. They cover so many things from the potential causes, therapies available and even mindset challenges that sufferers and their families face. An excellent book that was well thought out and helpful on so many levels; I’m sure I will be listening again in the future as there was so much useful information that I’m bound to forget some of it!

Some helpful info but vv repetitive + dumbed down

Didn't learn much from the book as I knew a lot already. I'd hoped that by being an American book that it would have some more up to date info that we didn't yet have in the UK. Depsite some bits of helpful info but I found it very irritating to listen to - extremely repetitive (I reckon it could be half the length) and full of obvious info that you almost can't believe they've included!

Narration is terrible

Narration is very robotic and annoying, it makes it difficult to listen to and take seriously .

Repeated

Repetitive! I know the book is for dummies but I am not stupid! What a load of overrated blurb . Much better out there!
