Basic but powerful

If you’re looking for a very basic and easy to comprehend information this is a book for you. Very calming voice and really easy to listen. You’ll take a lot of understanding about whole food plant based diet with you and hopefully it’ll change your life for good 😉😊

Great Overall Some Dated Information

This is a great book. Really good for making you think about how you eat and how and why you make the choices you do.
It does however contain information that is incorrect, if you read or listen to Tim Spectors more current research.
Eg. The consumption of olive oil.

Thought Provoking

There was nothing to dislike about this book. It made me see the ‘joking’ digs that people following a plant based diet have to listen to on their social media are subjected to. Simply put, there is nothing to suggest that eating meat and dairy will improve your health. For me personally I do hope that if people want to continue to eat small amounts of meat and dairy, that they are allowed to without difficulty, complaint or criticism. Small amounts can surely do no harm? A life changing book, fantastic.
