Takes me to my happy place

It’s amazing.

Elizabeth is great!

Focusing easier

I’m able to stay on track with my work during the day. This has been a great tool to help me mentally stay on task when I’m working. Something about the way the meditations still your mind while you’re doing them, carries over to a level of mental stillness when you’re not doing them.
