A 2016 study compared four different types of meditation, and found that they each have their own unique benefits.
During body scan, for example, participants saw the biggest increases in how aware they were of their bodies (unsurprisingly) and the sharpest decline in the number of thoughts they were having, particularly negative thoughts and thoughts related to the past and future. Loving-kindness meditation led to the greatest boost in their feelings of warmth and positive thoughts about others. Meanwhile, observing-thought meditation seemed to increase participants’ awareness of their thoughts the most. Previous research also suggests that observing-thought meditation has an advantage in reducing our judgmental attitude toward others.

This book is concise and easy to follow
I always listen to it before going to sleep because it helps me to have a deep and dreamy sleep. This meditation will have your entire body relaxed and you'll be asleep quickly. This audiobook contains a collection of beginners scripts that will help you relax and get deep sleep quickly. Listening this book and learn many things. Fantastic audiobook for all of us
This audio book is helpful for feeling relaxed before sleeping, if you are relaxed before sleeping, you usually get a good long sleep, guided meditations is always a good way to get to sleep. Loved this book and found it very informative. Really fantastic! This is really amazing for teaching a way for people to relieve some of their anxiety. It's a nice way to fall asleep fast and stay sleeping the whole night. Fantastic audiobook for all of us.

Wonderful soothing guided meditation
Wonderful soothing guided meditation. This audio book is nice for just before bed or falling asleep. It gave me so much useful information on how to begin the process of becoming a successful at releasing my stress and anxiety. The guided meditations true to their descriptions. It is easier to sleep well while using this guided meditation for sleeping. Relax and unwind.
This audiobook provided me with the guidance I needed in getting a decent night's sleep. It calms your mind and assists you in relaxing whenever you need to. It's easy to be stressed but tension may be overcome through meditation, which this audiobook explains how to do.
