Amazing book
A great resource for calming kids down and teaching them the foundation of meditation. I would highly recommend. Have had kids request this often and have had kids be so relaxed that they fall asleep. These are kids from tough situations who have trouble being calm so this is amazing!

Best book ever
It was so hopeful, but the idea of floating up and out of a window on a magical floating bed that flies high above the sky did not sit well with my already anxious boy. He kept saying he was scared and that he didn't want to be alone on the beach, space, etc have the stories unfolded.

Overpowering background music renders it useless
This would be perfect were it not for the LOUD and overpowering "background" music. We got this to help my 7 year old with anxiety fall asleep. In order to hear the narrator you have to turn the volume up way to loud so the music is extremely distracting. No way anyone could fall asleep like that. That being said, the narrator is fantastic when you can hear her and the meditations are great. Disappointed we cant actually use this. I have tried on a handful of different devices as well. Music is just to intense.

Very grounded imagery
They are slow and relaxing with meditative background music. The female voice asks the kids to imagine a path through a forest, or a walk along a beach, or other peaceful scenes. There is always a "worry place" along the way for them to let go of their worries and leave them behind as they walk along the path. It works every time. It almost works on me when I'm in the room.

Very insightful book.
I'm satisfied and Impress also from this guide. The first chapter goes into detail about what anxiety is and introduces the idea that worry can take different forms. Although some readers may not think of conditions like obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder ass anxious in nature, these conditions have traditionally been grouped under the term anxiety disorders and are often treated with the same treatment modalities that are used to treat generalized anxiety. Overall excellent!!!

An awesome book
This is clearly where the people who created The Secret got a lot of their information from - but that is so blatantly retail in comparison. And I came here after enjoying The Secret! This is hands down, outstanding in comparison. Put aside your mundane "logic" and listen to your heart and intuition. You'll find this audio book incredible.
