I started practicing every night, and in a matter of days, I was seeing tangible results. From being the worst time of my day, going to bed became one of my favorite moments. For the first time since I could remember, I was sleeping like a baby! Sleepless nights turned into beautiful dreams! I kept on practicing, and as I improved, the idea of sharing the power of meditation began to occupy my mind.

disappointing 😞

started off great, knocked me straight into a lovely sleep. .. but then I was woken up by the voice further on. wise men?

Tedious and lazy!!! Waste of precious time!!!

If I hear "Breath in... Breath out" again if will honestly be too soon. I'm sure you had the best intentions but spending literally half of each chapter saying "breath in, breath out" one, does not make this an effective meditation narrative and secondly if you end a passage with "now breath to your own rhythm" follow it with 10 tedious minutes of the now painful and annoying "breath in, breath out" ... To some up ... Awful, sorry.

Guided Meditations for Sleep

Every time I listen to this audiobook I feel better and with more courage and will to live to make up my lost time and to leave behind the bad times that I have gone through in my life, I have many things to be at peace for and to fight for and improve every day a little more always keeping in mind that we can be and have whatever we want in this life.

An enriching experience

Although it sounds like a simple definition, it is not at all. I was able to prove it by listening to this audiobook, from which I learned its definition and all the power I can wield if I do it the right way, to be happy, love myself more and be more grateful. It is a totally wonderful guide!

The best opportunity

What I found by listening to this audiobook was just the key to unlock the door that led me to the state of happiness I have always been waiting for. I was given the hidden clues to experience and enjoy the purest happiness I deserve through the chakras and meditation and with them I have been able to sleep peacefully. Thank you!

It's really practical

I have to say that meditation was a simple concept for me, until I came to listen to this fantastic audiobook. Listening to it gave me the opportunity to become familiar with the concept of equanimity and more than that, to be able to build a bridge between my conscious and unconscious mind. It helped me a lot, it is very helpful at bedtime.

I loved it

A good night's sleep takes you into a world of open doors and creative space that you never knew existed. Personally, I was amazed by the flow of creativity. Perfect

You wouldn't believe how hard it is to sleep nowadays. Lack of quality sleep can hamper your alertness and quality of life while awake, as anyone with sleep disorders already knows. Ideal for starters

Thanks to this great guide, I was able to fall asleep quickly and sleep well every night. Meditation has been used for centuries to cure the inability to sleep better.
