It was actually life changing for me!

One of the most helpful on the subject

With the bedtime meditation of gratitude, I was able to solve many of the problems that attacked me when I was lying in bed trying to fall into a deep sleep, but this audiobook has offered me a timely help.

No guided sleep meditations

I think this is just music, floaty new-agey with a background of croaking frogs and birdsong. Haven’t come across any guided sleep meditations yet and about halfway through.

Water backgrounds are awful

Just when you might be relaxed I’m sure the producers took a bath and recorded it and trying to pass it off as by a beach. Come on. Way too loud in the mix ALWAYS wakes me up badly at this part in chapter 19. Otherwise semi decent to just derive from the world

I love it so much.

This recording with the Sleep Sounds technology has helped me to get into deep sleep after awakening and thinking that I would like to get back to sleep yet didn’t know how to get back to sleep until I listen to this.!!

I work with essential oils and when I am creating a blend, this music opens my heart and my mind to possibilities. The outside world fades away for a while and my heart opens and expands as I absorb this lovely music. beautiful music

This is an extraordinary book

I read many reviews about music for relaxation and or meditation. The best advice I got was to actually listen to the album selections before purchasing. I quickly realized I like soothing instrumental music without tunes that I recognize, and this album is perfect for that..!!

Easy to understand

Great for sleep or meditation.

This has been the only way o have been able to fall asleep for the last few weeks. There are no unexpected or jarring noises to wake you. It’s just peaceful and if I put it on my big speakers, I like feeling the tone of the bowl wash over and fill me with peace. rely.!!

I enjoy the audio book

I enjoy the music. Unwinding is not easy for me but this seems to help in the evenings. I have even put it on if I feel that the day is beginning to unravel. Very Nice. Recommended

Very relaxing and Beautiful.

This is beautiful music. It is extremely relaxing, which is what I was looking for. I have chronic daily migraine and chronic neck and back pain. This is something that is almost healing to me. I love it!

What a great relaxation performance.

Have come to rely on this audio book to fall asleep quickly. The sound of birds, water, and wind in the trees is calming. The interwoven music adds a soothing counterpoint. I stay asleep, and am more rested in the morning.

Helps me immediately relax and get to sleep

I have always enjoyed the sounds of nature and how they calm me down. This audio book helps me immediately relax and get to sleep. I especially like the softness of the rain and the soothing effect of the thunder.
