Gentle and effective
My grandson’s favourite ‘go to sleep’ rain. He struggles to sleep and this is the most gentle rain for his brain.

Makes you need the loo
The sound of all that trickling, dripping water is not relaxing. It does not help you sleep, it makes you want to use the bathroom instead
