like that there is a lot of info to Change Your Habits in 30 Days! So much helpful information Guide for Beginners with morning routines. I definitely would recommend this audible-book. it has really helped me.

Did not benefit from the change of habits

This audible was just to much of a Audible talking and it continues to repeat the Seinfeld theory in all these heck’s, some chapters repeated themselves several times they said they was on chapter 6 when he was actually on chapter 7 or eight. The author must really like Seinfeld. I get the point but the Redundancy is just too much for me. I got it the first time, to have a Audible to continuously repeat his theory and heck’s put me in a brain Haemorrhage. I don’t have majority of these issue, things that it’s telling me to do to change my habits I am currently doing it and no one had to tell me to do it it came naturally in my brain to do. I cannot say it was beneficial for me thank God it was only three hours

Sort of helpful stuff to follow

I believe that this audiobook has immeasurable concepts with the best work. I'm a big fan of quotes and feel that the author relies too massively on the words of others too, which is a good thing in my opinion.

A nice kick in the pants seems like.

This is one of those audibles with a ton of little chapters that takes some acquiring used to, but once you're done, you can see what the construction did for the substance.

Great audio book highly recommend

I was able to use the information from this book to help my family balance our brains. This audio book offered a lot of insight and I highly recommend it. people that say he pushes supplements, he offers advice as to what supplements he would give for certain parts of the brain.

Very good, most of it was for me

As title says, and I think this is good for anyone seeking positive change in their life. The first was awesome, and so was the last but I am not as keen on hypo therapy type things but even with that I still enjoyed that last portion of the book. Will listen again .

Best informative

I found it very helpful and I am using their tactics working on being successful. It has helped me more than other books I have to listen on the subject and will take time to turn around a lifetime of procrastinating, but I am hopeful.
