Surprising

When I saw the ad for this book, I didn't think it would have the effect it has. I thought, oh here we go, more spiritual advice. But I listened to it and I did the exercises and I have started changing my habits. I'd been through a long illness and had lost my confidence totally. Avoiding people, work and leaving the house. This book has helped me organise a lot of what I already know and discover things I didn't know about myself. In 2 weeks, I feel like I can almost be myself again. Thank you.

It’s ok, but nothing really kept me engrossed, at all! Wouldn’t recommend sadly, nice things in there but definitely nothing life changing.

Absolutely amazing

The best audiobook I have ever listened to. I saw this audiobook pop up on my FB feed countless times. I ignored it at first (as you do with FB ads) until one day, when I did not feel 100%, I downloaded just to see what it was about. I did not regret it. I love the way it is narrated. It is easy to follow with lots of stories and anectodes. Absolutely recommend
