Really Inspiring!
This audio-book provided me with a lot of concepts to think about in making this decision, but it also has a lot of life tips that will help me to live a happier! It pulls together both scientific studies and anecdotal information from cultures around the world.. Data gleaned from many sources is presented in a logical and accessible manner.

Really excellent book
A real eye-opener for those who want to get fit and live life differently.. I really enjoyed listening about the people and lifestyle. There are some interesting points/tips (even though they are very simple) in the audio-book. Highly recommended

Interesting book
I really enjoy these self improvement books, this one is pretty good also. it doesn't dive deep into specific things but it gives a good overview for a healthier and hopefully happier lifestyle
