Excellent
Great starter for the keto diet. Most of the recipes are great tasting and easy to cook. Only draw back is the stuff that's supposed to be in my cupboard isn't there. Make sure to read the recipes for the week to make sure you get everything you need. Find myself running to the store daily picking some extra ingredients not in the weekly shopping list.

Give your body the nutrients it needs by eating a variety of nutrient-packed food, including whole grains, lean protein, fruits and vegetables, and low-fat or fat-free dairy. Eat less food high in solid fats, added sugars, and sodium.

While I'll admit to already owning her other titles, this book is different, in a great way. It's geared toward keto for a woman because our journey is different from a man's. The language makes it easy to assimilate into your Keto knowledge.
