Helpful
Meditation is something new for me, an uncharted territory so having someone guide me through it is really helpful. I've liked some meditations more than the others but maybe it's because I had trouble with keeping focused at the beginning and that's why I remember some tracks as not very good. I feel like I got a little better now so I'm planning on revisiting every track and checking out how does it really works for me. All in all - a good place to start.

Only listened to the first one but I'm hooked!
It's so hard to find a meditation teacher that resonates with you. This podcast really surprised me with its quality, ease and information. I loved it. It really worked. Only heard the first one so I can't wait to hear the rest!
