Intriguing !
It was intensely relaxing, never tried hypnosis before, so not sure what is supposed to happen.
Don't know if I fell asleep, or if I was hypnotized.
did snap out of it feeling very clear in my thoughts. Except for the word "Elephant" rattling around in my head! (not sure what that was about)

Craig Beck
I was introduced to Craig’s audiobooks a year ago by a friend for whom I am truly grateful.
Craig’s books have change every aspect of my day to day life, I am a happier wealthier person for following all aspects of Craig’s teaching. I would highly recommend anyone who is willing to learn outside of the box to download any of his books or meditations.

Absolutely Awful...... Craig is great but....
I really like Craig Beck's voice and have listened to him narrating various books by himself and others. However, in this book I noted every time I listened there was an awful background noise. At first I took off my headphones thinking my boiler was about to give up the ghost, but no, it was fine. I went back to the book, still there, I checked outside to see if someone had pulled up on the drive, nothing!
Then, I realised it is the background of the book. It is a constant, almost audible thumping noise. Like boom boom boom only quiet in the distance. I realised it is part of the hypnosis but boy did it drive me nuts..... so much so, that I have to return this with great disappointment.
