About this listen
In ancient times, two men from the children of Israel struck a simple yet profound agreement. One man needed a loan of one thousand gold coins, and the other, trusting in Allah, lent him the money without witnesses or sureties. The borrower, in turn, set off on a journey across the sea. When it came time to repay the loan, he faced an unexpected obstacle: no ship was available to take him back. In desperation, he placed the gold coins in a sealed piece of wood, praying to Allah for its safe delivery. Miraculously, the lender later found the wood washed ashore, containing the repayment and a letter. When the borrower finally returned, ready to repay, the lender told him that Allah had already delivered the debt, proving that faith and trust in the divine can overcome even the most impossible odds.
This story is authentic, told to us by the most noble of the messengers, Prophet Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and was collected by Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) in his Sahih.

It was like stepping into a timeless tale of faith and trust. The story is short but impactful, offering a deep message about relying on the divine. The narrator's voice had a calming tone that fit the spiritual theme perfectly, making it easy to stay immersed.
That said, the pacing felt a bit rushed—it might have been better with a little more time to let the message sink in. Overall, it’s a meaningful listen, especially if you enjoy stories with a spiritual or reflective focus.
