About this listen
Relaxations for Sleep, Vol.1 contains two different 28 minute sessions that have been devised to be used whilst laying in bed.
The sessions will help to clear your mind and induce deep relaxation so you can drift off into a fantastic sleep and then wake feeling calm, refreshed and revitalized.
The easy to follow sessions have been devised by Sue Fuller, a leading yoga teacher and the resident yoga expert for Natural Health magazine. The sessions are suitable for anyone that wants a really great night of sleep including those who have difficulties getting off to sleep and those who wake during the night and find it hard to get back to sleep again.
Both of the Relaxations for sleep sessions use simple yet effective rhythmic yoga breathing, muscle relaxation and visualization techniques combined with soothing background music that gradually fades away as you experience deep relaxation and drift off into a perfect night of deep sleep.
Relaxations for Sleep Vol.1 includes a printable PDF guide book that provides helpful hints and tips on how to get the most from the sessions as well as information on how to best prepare for them.

Does what it says on the tin
If you could sum up Relaxations for Sleep, Vol.1 in three words, what would they be?
It works well.
What aspect of Sue Fuller’s performance might you have changed?
It lasts too long, asks you to do things like yawning when you are actually feeling very sleepy. I often turn it off long before the end.
Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
No it made me want to sleep!
Any additional comments?
Don't listen to it in the car.

Not the answer to my sleep problems
Would you try another book written by Sue Fuller or narrated by Sue Fuller?
Unfortunately no, because this book completely misses the point
What will your next listen be?
Not a Sue Fuller book
How could the performance have been better?
The book is narrated well but you need more than someone whispering in your ear telling you to yawn and relax every 5 minutes. In fact, after listening to her repetitions of telling me to relax every part of my body without any instruction on HOW to do so, actually became quite annoying to the point where I was put in a state of mind NOT to sleep at all. How do you relax your ankles??
What character would you cut from Relaxations for Sleep, Vol.1?
Its not the character, its the complete script.
Any additional comments?
I think any would be purchaser, would be better off reading the phone book for a good nights sleep.
