Relaxing Atmospheric Sounds Therapy: Vol-1 provides calming and hypnotic background sounds waves. The strong point about this type of production is having some non-invasive type of listening, without being distracted by voices or other complex music (which is not here).

Relaxing Atmospheric Sounds were produced with the intention of offering our customers a different idea from a traditional guided meditation, we experimented these contents on multiple people, recommending using them also almost unintentionally at low volume and in "background" contest for different situation.

Very disappointed

If you want to drift off to sleep/relax for a couple of hours to the ambient sound of gentle melodies then yes...this will work for the offset ....that being that as long as you don't mind being woken/jarred to reality by what sounds like ' a group of young children going wild with high pitched percussion instruments after your very short period of rest !!', so disappointed I bought this after reading the reviews but maybe it's me, who's to say?. All I know is that I was woken by a cacophony of deafening noise which virtually caused a bright flashing light in my head/eyes with its intensity !!. I wish no offence to those that enjoyed this ''Relaxing Atmospheric Sound Therapy' but I seriously couldn't relax one iota at all after the rude piercing awakening.
Very rarely write reviews but just felt compelled to address this so others may be forewarned. Most annoyingly is that I cannot exchange or return this title so loss of sleep and loss of credit !.

It is excellent and it works

This works. Hands down. I am a lifetime nail biter, so I started with that to get a sense of whether this would work for me. Two weeks later, my nails are so long, I'm having to file them to type this review. I've also had problems with insomnia for the past five years--used the audio-script for that, and I'm sleeping through the night. And then I did the one on procrastination. Does it work? Well, I've been putting off writing this review....

Like it...interesting

Always find this stuff intriguing. The mind is an extremely powerful tool that we have yet to fully master so this is a step in that direction. Like where you develop your own targets.

I like it because it works!

This is a great book that works. I bought the subsequent books after this one. I used the Therapy for stress in the beginning, and, to my surprise I felt much more grounded and calm. One week was enough for one issue but you have to listen the audio every day once a day - consistency is key. When the effect wears off, you can do another week. Very helpful! Such a great tool at your fingertips.

I'm glade it worked for you.

This book has helped me overcome some nagging issues and given me the information I need to create scripts for my own specific needs. Recommend to all although you do need to be dedicated to the process to see the results.

Good book to listen and try

The book is informative, and techniques worked for me. Even I think the effect of hypnosis on one's life is to some extent exaggerated. I will try it some other times to make sure it was the hypnosis that helped, and not another cause, but I’m impressed and confident!

Instant Self-Hypnosis

Easy and straightforward.
The information in the book is clear and easy to follow. My problem with it is that it has worked for me. At least not yet. It's been two months or so and I would have expected some results by now.

Easy to listen self-help book

A really helpful book audio in layman's terms. I have not used this much yet; have just listen through it. So I can't comment on whether I've gotten results yet. But it is straightforward and I predict at lease some level of success.

Would work but takes commitment

I tried it. It really works, but takes commitment and privacy to practice daily. I highly recommend using this method to your repertoire of Self-Hypnosis!

This is a wonderful little self help book.

This book can teach you to use your subconscious mind to relax you and maybe even resolve some problems. Try it, you may just help yourself.
