At last, there is some relief
I have sciatica pain, and this book has been a lifesaver. It's written in an understandable style with helpful guidance that really does work. Very informative
The author is very knowledgeable and is able to well explain the causes of sciatica. I like the focus on natural remedies/ herbs and on physical activities to reduce pain instead of taking medications.
My favorite is chapter 8 as I got to learn about acupuncture as it does not exist where I live.
