Wildly annoying intros spoil everything
These recordings are rendered virtually useless because Audible, in their infinite wisdom, stuck an overloud intro in the same "chapter". So if you're planning to listen to them in a sequence, or to the same one in a loop, you end up getting jarred out of the experience again and again.

Unpleasant
I've only tried three chapters and they were all unpleasant: two of them had a very low sound and the author's voice was too loud in comparison, awakening (when not making you jump) at the beginning of the chapters. The third chapter had the music even louder than the voice and it was extremely annoying. It was the sound of forks and it was piercing my head. Definitely not something for bedtime.

Great Little free resource
It's a sound bath, it is meant to sound this way, learn to relax and embrace. Great free resource to aid calming breathing and relax before sleep. Thanks

Dissonant sounds.
Most tracks are too dissonant to encourage sleep. There's a time and a place for dissonance - bedtime is not it.

Load of rubbish - Zéro stars
Just annoying and headache making tones, then an awful, high pitched sudden, automated American accent saying complete tosh. Thank goodness this was free, But a total waste of time for Audivle producing it Don't bother downloading
