Gripping

Held me spellbound from start to finish, highly recommended - slightly disappointed that we never got to find out if Charlotte came out of her coma

Hmm!

A bit “samey “! But that’s my fault for liking this genre. Sadly, I find all the “neurotic “ women books are beginning to merge into one.

Interesting

Great start: a youngster steps in front of a bus and is intensive care, comatose. Why?

I was intrigued by the back stories, but overall it was disappointing. Flaws in the plotting and characters weren't compelling. I wanted to enjoy this but struggled to finish.

Ok

Feel like this dragged on a bit.
Don't think I would recommend it to my friends

Twists and turns to the very end

This is the first book I have listened to by C.L.Taylor and I will be going back for more. Very good story line, with twists and turns right to the very end. Very well narrated, with just the right amount of different accents and voices.

The Accident

The ‘story’ was well read but it’s content shallow .... sooooo predictable in parts that it became tedious. Certain areas very topical (sadly) yet not altogether plausible.
I’m looking for a real gripping read that has originality ...... on the whole it was disappointing.

Worth the credit

A thrilling story with twist and turn. The narrative was good. All in all a solid 7/10 and worth a credit

A bit predictable!

I didn't like any of the characters. The author failed to put across the total fear felt by Charlottes mum whilst aptly describing the falling of a leaf or crunching sound of a twig. Not very believable.
