Summary

Exciting stuff!
Oh my goodness, this has to be one of the most exciting Mark Dawson book to date. Lots of agents, and anti agents to get your teeth into. I had to read this in one sitting. Brilliantly narrated by the wonderful David Thorpe.

Enjoyed all 5x Isabella Rose books
Preferred the narrator of book 5 than the previous narrator. Enjoyed listening to all, though sometimes the microscopic details had me zoning out. It’s made me want to listen to the authors other collections following Beatrix and John Milton.

Good story
Another great story in this series , however the change of narrator has ruined the overall experience, this narrator sounds like he is more suited to reading children’s books

Action packed!
A great return for Isabella, and Pope. Story is thrilling and full of twists and turns. David Thorpe reads it brilliantly. For any Mark Dawson fans this is a must-listen.

Both Credible & Incredible…
A believable, exceptional story. The most complex topics are explained and related so well. Mr Dawson’s books are a joy to listen to if only for to learn to an incredible detail about all things from the combat merits of a Beretta M9 to rNA and DNA as they relate to each of our chromosomes and the credible idea of gene therapy work being explored by countless countries or big pharma in a new arms race! Finally is it reasonable to ask ‘when does a cliff hanger as a writers aid to build tension and excitement become an actual in-story cliff hanger’ in the mind of master Mark, the master storyteller?!’ I think this book is the best yet of the series. Treat yourself sure, buy it now.
