    This book taught me more about estate agency than my old job did in 6 months

    Great structure, very engaging. Provided a lot of useful information helped me on my path to becoming a successful real estate agent.

    Great book

    A motivational poster audio book 🤢

    This book is just a vapid collection of dollar store proverbs that would be better suited on a motivational poster.

    The reader sounds like a crappy infomercial salesman. stop upward inflecting at the end of every sentence it's not a substitute for cadence. I'd rather have Barry Scott read this or Billy Mays for you Americans.

    Waste of money and time

    The book is not getting straight to the point. It is going around circles while trying to keep reader attention using massive cliches.
    "What is the opposite of myth? Truth! Only truth can set us free! "
    No concrete example is given about how to apply the principles listed. 🤦‍♀️
