Build and sell your business - vs Ultimate Sale

This book is not titled as it should be I believe.

This book encapsulates the core of building a business for sale. The emphasis is correctly on building value to avoid failing to sell at all.

Whilst I know most of what it contains from education and experience it is rare to see the key issues brought together. Knowing is one thing. Doing is another. I made checklists as I went through this of items I’d let slip over the years.

Too lengthy for my liking and sometimes meandering but stick with it for key material.
