-interpretation: If you take risks against the odds, even with fear of failure. That shows you are not a slave to your fears. Even if you risk and fail, you still gain experience.But if you never took the risk, you'll never succeed.
Synopsis: This book starts by taking us to the end. To our last breath. What will we think about? What immediately comes to mind about our lives. This audiobook aims to challenge our own thoughts using philosophy rather than preaching a specific spiritual dogma. I really enjoyed it because the audio narration was quite relaxing and meditative. It allowed me to reflect on different topics such as love, loneliness, fears. However some of my interpretations differed with the author. On occasion I disagreed with the authors contemplation. For example the contemplation about the sinner vs the holy virtuous man. Where Rasheed contemplates whether religious virtuousness may stem from selfishness and fear of hell. But I contemplated and believe that religious virtuousness stems from truest and purest form of love and gratitude. Having a different interpretation or viewpoint is perfectly fine because this book allows you to interpret and mold the questions to yourself. No matter what you believe. If you read this, critically evaluate it and make your own interpretations.
