While the title implies that this book deals only with how to achieve monetary wealth, the author explains that the philosophy taught in the book can be used to help individuals do or be almost anything they want in this world. For instance, Jim Murray (sportswriter) wrote that "Think and Grow Rich" was credited for Ken Norton's boxing upset of Muhammad Ali in 1973.
The book was first published in 1937 during the Great Depression. At the time of Hill's death in 1970, "Think and Grow Rich" had sold 20 million copies. It remains the biggest seller of Napoleon Hill's books, a perennial bestseller after 70 years (BusinessWeek Magazine's BestSeller List ranked "Think and Grow Rich" as the sixth bestselling paperback business book 70 years after it was first published).
"Think and Grow Rich" is listed in John C. Maxwell's "A Lifetime Must Read Books List".

This book is changing my life.
After reading this book for the first time, I put a sketch of action. And after a second reading, I perfected my plan, prescribed in chapter two.
Since putting the plan into action, my life seems to be drawn on a vision board. Autosuggestion is powerful. And the links drawn in this book to autosuggestion are eternally true as I now experience it.
The book is written in simple to understand language and the principles are laid down, revised, emphasized upon and developed in a logical manner.
If you have struggled to make meaningful decisions and find your goals or vision in life, read this book and be saved from doubt .
I recommend this book to everyone who seeks meaning, clarity and any type of wealth in their life.

Outstanding, and mind opening
This book clears away the doubt in ones mind. I will no doubt be re reading this book several times, as what is said can so easily be forgotten. but importance of remembering is akin to life and death. May I also say how incredible I thought the reader "Russ Williams" was. His voice was calm and authoritative, just what was needed, thank you for reading this.

Great book.
If it was broken into chapters that made sense then it would be 5 stars. The content is great, really useful stuff and very well read. But the chapters make no sense what so ever so it’s impossible to go back and listen to a bit you want to listen to again. Ill be buying a paperback version though.

Very engaging and surprisingly actionable
The book itself is very actionable and I personally found it very engaging.
I also enjoyed the narration as I felt I had a mentor talking me through the topics covered.

Unmissable, one of the best books ever!
I was quite skeptical and cynical of the book entitled “think and grow rich” by Napoleon Hill. I guess it's because of the way I grew up associating money to almost a vice. However, when I was out of ideas for audio books so I googled up this book. Got it. Finished it in one go. Now am on repeat. And boy ! It could even be inserted into school education.. or in parental teaching programs. I am learning only now - so many of the concepts that a posteriori, sound obvious. Incredibly and undoubtedly the best book ever. For those with lack of time, browsing -- https://www.goodreads.com/work/quotes/1199320-think-and-grow-rich?page=1 quotations from the book (634 of them) would be a good resource to turn to ! Just imagine if everyone read this book and acted upon it ! The happiness quotient of the entire world will jump up by orders of magnitude ! Highly recommended to anyone who even had a thought about being successful ---- defining your own scale of happiness and success -- in any field ! Thank you Mr. Napoleon Hill for making such a profound mark with this legacy!
