Memory foam for your Mind

You won't find a more relaxing and personal narrative outside the realms of ASMR youtube Its a brain massage ….. wonderful

Profound, humble and very comforting book

I am only half way through and Emma’s words have had me with tears in my eyes. For anyone who experiences ASMR, this is definitely a book for you, and for others who don’t experience it, this explains perfectly what it is! Beautifully written and read by Emma, softly spoken, to take you the calm and serene place she always does.
So good to finally hear about Emma’s journey, the good and the bad. I believe many people will find comfort and help in this book. Excellent so far, don’t want to switch it off. Hope others enjoy!

Wonderful Audio Book

I loved listening to the book and will surely do so again very soon. Listening to Emma reading her book is just as relaxing as watching her ASMR videos while being offered a lot more content of course.
In her book Emma talks about her path to ASMR which I found both interesting and very touching. She also offers findings of scientific research on ASMR, which being such a new field is still in it's infancy but nevertheless very interesting and informative. From personal experience I can wholeheartedly agree with everything Emma says about ASMR as a useful complementary therapy tool, her explanations as to why it works so well for those who respond to it gave me a few Aha-moments. My favourite part is the 'how to incorporate ASMR into your day-to-day life beyond watching videos on youtube or elsewhere' part. Some of the things she talks about I have already noticed myself doing since starting to regularly watch ASMR videos, like paying attention to the texture of everyday items and the way they sound. It's like mini meditations :)
Admittedly I dozed off a couple of times while listening, Emma's wonderfully soothing voice relaxes me like nothing else does.
I can only recommend the book, especially the audible version, to anyone looking for a way to relax and quiet their mind.

Relaxing and interesting

her voice is soothing to listen to, and I learned so much about asmr! Really interesting hearing about the studies on it etc, this weird thing i thought only I had until a few years ago !

Great book that raises awareness

Very informative about ASMR. So thrilled to see people being more aware of ASMR and its potential. Read well (and gently) by Emma. Not a fan of the exercises at the end, unfortunately, but well worth a read overall. The books covers a bit about Emma's life and values, what ASMR is, the history of ASMR, the current stance on research for ASMR, how to discover if you feel it, and some relaxation/ASMR exercises. She's clearly put work into it.

Emma is an angel!

I have been following Emma's YouTube channel since the past 4 years or so, and this book is just a treasure! It explains the sensation so well and in such depth, and Emma is guiding us to look inside us and focus our minds into positive things in order to become happier, more grounded people. I truly truly loved the book and Emma's voice is, as always, extremely relaxing and calming.
I fully recommend the book to everyone who wants to understand the ASMR world better, or to anyone who wants to implement even more benefits of it into their lives! Thank you Emma!!!
