    Thanksgiving is just around the corner! My heart is full of gratitude after a fun and joyful day spent with family and friends. It feels so fitting that gratitude is the focus of our practice today.
    After grounding, I’ll guide you to connect with gratitude for all the things going well in your life: three things you’re grateful for in your personal life, professional life, and about yourself. I once read a quote that said, “Your normal day might be someone else’s dream,” and it resonates deeply. There’s always so much to be grateful for if we pay attention to all the good in our lives instead of taking it for granted.

    I’ll be visiting family over the next couple of days and won’t have my recording equipment. So the next episode will be a yoga nidra session for the weekend.

    It’s only the first day of Thanksgiving break, and I’m already feeling overwhelmed! :) So, here’s a calming bottle visualization meditation for fellow moms trying to juggle work, holiday planning, and kids at home this week.
    I used to make calming bottles with my daughter, and honestly, I think I enjoyed them more than she did! Watching the gems and glitter settle at the bottom of the bottle is so soothing—it’s like a little moment of peace amidst the chaos.

    Every Monday from now on, I invite you to connect with your three-year vision. See it, hear it, smell it, taste it, and feel it. Embody its energy.
    Don’t worry about the how. Instead, focus on embodying the energy of that vision—how you feel when it’s already a reality.
    What we focus our attention on becomes our life. Focus on your vision, and it will begin to find its way to you. Inspirations and miracles will follow.

    If you feel sad, one of the best ways to care for your sadness is to give it your full attention—feel it, learn from it, and check in with your needs. It’s amazing how, when we sit down and lovingly tend to our strong emotions, they can feel lighter and more willing to be released.

    This is the practice I’m inviting you to try in today’s meditation: caring for your sadness and tuning into the energy of peace.

    When I recorded this meditation, I was feeling sad myself. The transformation I experienced after 20 minutes of practice was truly remarkable.

    We all need that attentive self-love. Give yourself that love and attention.
