As founder and CEO of Nutrilicious and MyNutriWeb.com, Tanya works with multiple partners and stakeholders to deliver strategies, initiatives and training resources designed to support healthy sustainable diets.

    In this episode, we discuss how Tanya became so passionate about nutrition and sustainability from a young age and the things nutrition professionals need to understand to promote healthy, sustainable diets including planetary diet recommendations in the UK and across the world, media controversy surrounding plant-based staples such as almonds and Tanya’s go-to resources to learn more!
