Welcome to our own Meditation Series!

I'm Johann Arora, your host, and I'm thrilled to take you on this journey of self-discovery and inner peace. As a yoga therapist, trauma-informed therapist and a meditation teacher & practitioner for over 15 years; I’ve had the honor of guiding many celebrities and individuals through the transformative power of meditation. Here are a few basic instructions:

    - Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.

    - Sit in a relaxed position, either on a chair or on the floor, with your spine straight but not rigid.

    - Be mindful to stay awake and effortlessly listen to the instructions.

    - Keep your eyes closed and throughout this practice, there’s no need to force anything—simply allow yourself to be present.

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this space is for you! A new meditation will be uploaded every Thursday
