Relaxation Station is a collection of audio guided relaxation tracks. Included in this collection are two guided experiences to be used during the day as a relaxation break. One involves contracting and then relaxing different muscles in the body while the other gently guides your awareness to different areas of your body. Both of these tracks include a portion to guide you out of deep relaxation and back to a wakeful state at the end of the practice.

Breathe Easy: Mindful Breathing Made Simple teaches you how to use your breath to create a happier, healthier life. Dr. Martha DeSante combines information and techniques from vocal training, yoga, Pilates, and study of anatomy and physiology to help you develop your own mindful breathing practice.
