Word of advice: Don't come out to random guys in public restrooms. Even if they're charming and adorably nerdy and offer to help.
My family believes I can't be happy if I'm not out to the world. I have a bitter ex-boyfriend and an unstable NHL career to show for it. A fake boyfriend seems like an easy and quick solution to get my family off my back, and this guy is volunteering. I take him up on it without asking his name.

Word of advice: Learn how to introduce yourself properly. In my defense, I don't recognize Ollie Strömberg right away. I cover football, not hockey. I'm not supposed to see him again, and he's never supposed to find out I'm a reporter. That all changes when my editor reassigns me.
It's a lesson I should've learned by now. Nothing's changed since high school. Jocks still hate nerds. But even worse, athletes hate journalists. Especially ones who know their secret.

Love this book
The narrators were great, they brought the whole story to life, with real laugh out loud moments. I have heard it a few times now and still love it.

Great book
I really loved this book. The love story was good and there were some hilarious moments. The narrators were great. They embodied each character to perfection. Can't wait to read more of the series.

I loved this.
It is over the top but that seems appropriate for the story. It really cheers me up that I found a book plus audio that I unreservedly enjoyed.

This series keep gets better!
Great new story in the fake boyfriend series. I loved hearing Lennon and Ollie get their story, they are such a cute couple! I was glad the identity lie didn't last too long as I'm not generally one for lies between MC's. Wonderful narration as per always with the same two great narrators from the previous books. Looking forward to the next book.

Just gets better
This is the third book in the series and it’s just getting better each time . We met Lennon in book 2 here we find him meeting Ollie but he hides he’s a journalist from him . When Ollie finds out he’s a sports journalist and he’s the one who’s been writing what Ollie presumes are negative comments he’s none to happy . Loved that all the characters from the previous books appear and I’m looking forward to Miller and Talons book but mostly I’m excited for Jet and Sorens.

Excellent
This is mm romance at its best, a great story with adorable characters giving you laughs and tears and hockey drama along the way while narrated brilliantly. Bravo 👏

Great story
Really enjoying this series and this was no exception.
Great characters that were easily to fall in love with. This was a pretty happy read without too much angst for the MMCs.

Ok but
Didn’t like Alexander’s Boston accent. Made Ollie sound like a 50 year old man. I couldn’t warm to the character as a result

Yeah! A little above average. It kept my attention throughout but my heart rate never fluctuated 😅. Not during the spice, no action at all, no overly emotional scenes, not during any sports moments either. Just nothing!
It was all a bit flat lined. But easy to listen to if u don't want any excitement 🤷🏼♀️
Narration was OK too but they didn't have much to work with.
