Light-hearted & Hot
Disheveled is a wonderfully written, fast-paced, light-hearted, friends-to-lovers romance and a fantastic start to the UCC Saga. The storyline is about two best friends/roommates falling in love; it was fun, light, sweet, steamy, hot, and humorous; I definitely enjoyed it. The characters, especially the girlfriends (UCC), were absolutely delightful, hilarious, and relatable. Delilah is a successful art gallery owner who has been secretly in love with Cole for almost four years. She finally decided its time to start seeing someone, a tame and meaningful relationship with benefits, signs up for an online dating service. Cole is an absolute hunk, intelligent, sophisticated, controlling, egotistic lawyer. He has his own opinions on Delilah's online dating and devices his own plans. Loved the banter between the two, and chemistry is literally off-the-charts.
Fantastic narration by Blake Lockheart and Allyson Voller. They captured and portrayed the characters perfectly. Disheveled is fun and a very enjoyable listen, one I'm recommending.

A Steamy Little Escape
Going in blind is often a sweet surprise, like it was with Disheveled. I had no idea what to expect and it turned into a gloriously stram afternoon of kistenjng while wrapping Christmas presents.
I really love the roommate to lover trope, so the storyline was a hit for me. The characters' voices matched my imagination, so another hit. I enjoyed how they interacted, I enjoyed their sexual pull toward each other and I definitely enjoyed the steamy scenes.
This is definitely NSFW which suited me just fine. I loved the way the voices spoke to the reader instead of just having inner dialogue with themselves. The only drawback I can think of was I didn't feel there was much in the way of building up the characters connection so I didn't get that tingly feeling when characters finally get things sorted. Im not sure if there are other books I could have read first to get to know them, that would be my fault then for not checking. I did absolutely love the "blind date" aspect of the story and was eager for the reveal.
This was my first book to listen or read from author Eva Lenoir and I'll be checking out more of her stories.

So good
Hot as hell! Delilah and Cole are roommates and she’s loved him forever . Delilah thinks Cole is a man whore and tells him frequently unaware that his feelings for her are deeper than she knows. When she joins a dating app Cole starts to show his disapproval however Delilah still doesn’t pick up on his animosity.

sexy but a tad predictable
i enjoyed it, it was pretty steamy, though, maybe more than i usually go for. the story was nice but a bit predictable and i felt it was a bit rushed towards the end, but well written. i liked the characters and narration was good even if Allison Voller is cery close to sounding too mechanical. Blake's performance was faultless as always.

Amazing start to the series!
Fun and alluring. Eva LeNoir caught my attention right away. Cole and Delilah are roommates. Cole, the playboy is out and about all the time but when home, he and Delilah, best friends, enjoy watching movies with popcorn. Delilah is a relationship kind of woman, so despite her growing feelings for her roommate, she decides to put up a profile on a dating site and start looking for a man. Cole isn’t so sure he wants her out there, so he makes his own plans. And the fun begins. I am in love with this couple! I love Delliah’s spunk. She doesn’t take any advice from Cole the man about town, and she guards her heart. Cole is relentless with his pursuit. Love his persistence and surprises. This book only left me wanting more and I can’t wait for the next one!
Blake Lockheart and Allyson Voller are cast perfectly. I love Lockheart. He glides into his role as Cole, a little laughter in his voice. He is able to turn on the charm and vulnerability. Voller tunes into Delilah’s personality and creates a character that is easy to relate to. I loved this team and the listen was a lot of fun!

Stand alone quick escape
I listened to the audiobook. Blake Lockheart and Allyson Voller are both extremely talented narrators and their performance was fabulous. I'm sure that I liked the book more because I listened to it.
I like the premise of a group of supportive friends. There was a touch of humor toward the beginning, but overall the book was more steamy than comedy. It can be listened to as a stand alone, though it was also setting up for future stories with the group of friends. The actions of many of the characters were a bit frustrating, both over the four previous years and also during the story. However, with the length of the story, it didn't dwell on many of the events for long. I am a little surprised one of the main characters made it to the end of the book alive. And I'm not a big Star Wars fan, but I think Darth Vader was Princess Leia's father. Listening to the audiobook made it much better though, because it gave the characters their own identity separate from just existing in my head.
I would recommend the audiobook to listeners looking for a quick escape with a high heat level.

Fun and sexy
I have mixed feelings about some elements of this book, but I still enjoyed it. At least, what I read was quite original.
For instance, the way Delilah and her friends objectified the male staff at the club was kind of cringey, but at the same time it’s a breeze of fresh air to read about WOMEN enjoying that kind of entertainment. And the UCC scenes were both funny and sweet, offering a glimpse at the characters who, without a doubt, will be the heroines of the next books.
Cole’s behavior was something else that bothered me. His way of expressing his feelings was problematic. But I won’t complain–it created some of the sexiest scenes I’ve read in a while. And while Delilah seemed passive at first, she was nothing but, and she took control when needed.
So yeah, it wasn’t the most romantic relationship, and we didn’t have a lot of time to connect with the characters–the book is kind of short–but it was fun and sexy.
Due to the angle chosen to tell the story, we mostly get Delilah’s point of view. Though the female narrator did a good job, I’d have liked to hear more of the male narrator.

Fun read, pretty steamy
This was such a fun listen. While there were no surprises, the story kept you engaged and entertained. I enjoyed the narrators performance and felt it really fit with the story. I can’t wait for more.
