Born into a strictly religious family, 19-year-old Lucy Whitman likes to think she’s gotten past her stifling upbringing. After all, she’s not a virgin. Enjoyable
Lucy and Ry have been long time friends but Lucy wants Ry and as it turns out he wanted her but didn't think she could handle the Sex club that he enjoyed. Very short and sweet

Hot little book
This was my very first time listening to a female narrator and I liked it. The narrator has a very sexy voice.
The story is basically the same old “innocent girl discovers the wonders of sex” with really hot sex scenes. I did enjoy the various FF,MM, MFM scenes. The characters are open and accepting and they show Lucy that there is no shame or nothing wrong in enjoying sex, not even with same-sex or multiple partners.
I really want to read Xander’s story next! There is definitely something going on…!

Amazing
After reading the book, I couldn't wait to listen to the audible version! This story is amazing and incredibly hot, so I suggest that it isn't listened to in public.
The narration was great although I did find the narrator had a certain accent on certain words that I found irritating.
A great short listen, that leaves you wanting more and more! I am hoping the second book comes to audible soon!
This is the short story of Lucy, a nineteen-year-old, from a religious family. After finding out her boyfriend was spotted at a sex house by her best friend Rylan, she is intrigued by the idea and begs Rylan to take her, even though she knows this will change their friendship forever. Lucy has always had a thing for Rylan, but he has never noticed her, or so she thinks.
This story was HOT! I do not advise reading this in a public place! The chemistry between Lucy and Rylan was off the charts. This Novella was written so well that you could picture every moment in your head and keeps you glued from beginning to end.
I'm really looking forward to reading the next part of the series. I would love to see a prequel as well to find out how Rylan was drawn to the open door lifestyle in the first place.

lots of sex
Its hard for me to give more than 3 stars for a short novella. This book was no more than 1 long sex scene.
I was more interested in the next book Xander but was told this book give an introduction to them so its best to listen to this one first. I actually really enjoyed that part of the book (might have been my favorite part) so excited for book 2.

Wow a brilliant short read!
I don't know where to start, this audio book was EVERYTHING! it was written and narrated perfectly it had me hooked the entire time , it was crazy hot and yet sweet all at the same time , even though the blurb says Lucy's family is strictly religious it doesn't focus on that at all and you kind of forget about it too so don't let that put you off
I'm so glad I got a chance to listen and review this book , can't wait to read/listen to Xander's story .

Steamy Read
Lucy by Anna Ambrose is the first book in An Open-Door Policy Novella Series that I listened to on audio narrated by JD Elcie. All I can say is Wow! Anna did an amazing job with the steamy sex scenes that just pull you into the story and make you want to be there. I cannot wait to dive into book two Xander. JD did an amazing job narrating and bringing the storyline to life. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves Erotic Romances.
