先日、ニュースZEROを何気なく見ていると、特集内で早稲田大学のキャリア大学プログラムが紹介されていました。「あらかじめ職業内容に触れさせることで、学生と企業のミスマッチを無くして離職率を抑制するのだ」という大学の熱意はびんびんに伝わってきたのですが、見ていると筆者はなんだか悲しくなってきました。 たとえば、教室で学生同士わきあいあいとプレゼンしあって、それを企業側の人間がニコニコしながら見守っているなんてシチュに、実社会で遭遇する可能性なんてあるんでしょうか？ 「国際会議で各国代表の役回りを演じ合い、国際交渉を実体験する」という外務省提供プログラムなんて、そんな仕事が本当にあるのか以前になんで各国代表を演じるのが職業体験になるのか筆者にはサッパリ理解不能です。(本文より)城繁幸の『サラリーマン・キャリアナビ』★出世と喧嘩の正しい作法はこちらから→https://yakan-hiko.com/joe.html
