山本さんという27歳の体験者の男性は霊感の自覚がないという。
彼がまだ高校生の頃、当時交際していた他校の彼女とはなかなか頻繁にデートが出来ずにいた。そしてその年の夏、久しぶりのデートに地元高知県の海に行くことにした。
泳ぐつもりではなかったが、ゆっくり二人きりの時間は満喫できる。自転車で二人乗りして汗だくになりながら浜辺についてよもやま話に花を咲かせその帰り道、ふと思い立って地元で有名な山に寄ることにした。展望台があり夕景を望むにはロマンティックこの上ない。
しかしこの寄り道が思いもよらぬナニモノかを呼び寄せてしまうことになるとはその時は予想だにしていなかった。
