Summary

ある日、中学生の芳山和子は、同級生の深町一夫や浅倉吾朗と理科室の掃除をしていた。
掃除用具を片付けようと実験室のドアに手をかけたとき、不審な物音を聞きつける。
しかし、そこには人の姿はなく、教室には床に落ちた試験管の中の液体から不思議な香りが立ち込めていた。
その香りを嗅いだ和子は、意識を失ってしまう。
３日後、深夜に起こった地震により吾朗の隣の家が火事になる。
そして、その翌日の朝、吾朗とともに交通事故に巻き込まれそうになったとき、不思議な出来事が起こる。
