    Really useful

    This program helped coach me as I prepared for a particularly daunting public speech I had somehow agreed to make. Provides structure, examples, exercises, and many other encouraging things to help you get over avoiding tactics and start preparing with confidence.

    Fantastic Preparation to any speech

    This book is fantastic if you're due to perform a presentation or speech in any setting. I was asked to give a presentation at work in front of many people I did not know but were keen to impress (eg Dr's, Consultants, surgeons etc). As you can imagine very nerve wracking so I bought this book on a whim it may give me some comfort and techniques I could apply. It is not a book that will relax you but if you put into practice the techniques and information and then apply it they will work. Like anything the more you put in the more you get out and although there are some obvious things in this book, they highlight to you what you need to do and throw in some things you've probably never even thought about. Highly recommended.
