Great useful exercises

As a person of a certain age, I found this very helpful. I also enjoyed listening to Jeff Bower's reading; he has a great voice for audiobooks.

I'm hoping this is going to help me stay active as I age. It's got an easy-to-follow approach with clear explanations; I liked the workout plans, and I think this is a great tool for anyone seeking to maintain or improve their physical well-being, regardless of fitness level.

Squeeze These Workouts Into Your Daily Routine

"10-Minute Chair Exercises for Seniors" is a workout guide that is low-impact. Some exercsises cover the cardio, core, lower & upper body, stretching & flexibility, and even warm-ups. The thoracic extension cobra was the most useful stretch for me because I have some shoulder pain. It was a great stretch for my lats and triceps. Some of the instructions were a bit difficult to follow, but I'm glad there was a PDF because the workouts have illustrations with arrows for directions of where you should move. I do like the 28-Day workout plan though. You can squeeze these exercises while you are sitting down at work or your commute and can do it all within 10-minutes per day. The PDF file also has a passcode to access the chair videos on their website.
